I’m an independent data consultant, a studio operator, a writer, and a tinkerer with too many side projects.

I work with Rittman Analytics and a handful of direct clients on modern data platforms, analytics engineering, and AI-native workflows. I also run RepublicOfData.io, a small studio where I build and publish data product experiments in the open.

This newsletter is where I think out loud. Field notes, analysis, and the occasional contrarian take on the tools, patterns, and shifts shaping how organizations work with data.
